Rachel Coles is the Founder and CEO of an award-winning marketing agency, Conv3rt Marketing. She is also a birth trauma campaigner, and a passionate advocate for maternity safety reform across the UK.
Drawing on her own lived experience, Rachel serves on one of the Expert Reference Groups for the National Maternity and Neonatal Taskforce, where she works alongside clinicians, policymakers, and fellow campaigners to improve outcomes and standards of care for mothers and babies.
Her advocacy is rooted in a belief that real change happens when those who have lived through the system have a genuine seat at the table.
