Sophie Harris is an author, speaker and clarity coach who lives with her husband and two sons in Derbyshire.
She specialises in helping mums in the first few years of their business to find their "Why?" and build a business that is authentic and sustainable.
She has helped hundreds of mums and has written a book called "Remember Her?" that will be published in September 2026.
Sophie developed the MUMentum® Academy, which includes guided sessions designed to help mums align business goals with deepest values. It gives access to exclusive workshops, workbooks, and tools that help build with intention and soul. The academy also connects like-minded mums in business who are in need of community and understand each other's juggle of carrying so much alone, helping them to celebrate every win.
She holds the Community member of the year award 2025 and has been nominated for Entrepreneur of the year at the woman in business award in London. Sophie has also been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year, the Connector award and Overcomer award 2026 hosted by Womanifest.
Sophie launched her first MUMentum® – Celebrating Mums in Business event, which is set to be an annual conference and celebration.

Wellbeing and mental health are very important to Sophie; she has ambitions to run retreats for mums in the future too.
