Dr Sam Ballington is an Educational Entrepreneur, operating several training organisations, a professional body in the child and family space, and a CIC.
Sam acquired a disability during her business journey, and now lives with chronic pain and illness. She was also diagnosed as with complex-combined ADHD, with symptoms complicated by her childhood trauma.
Sam’s CIC, Founder Ability combines her business skills and her lived experience to support others, with disabilities, neurodivergence, chronic illness, or otherwise unable to work normal working patterns and expectations, to set up their own small enterprises.

Sam is also an author and qualification developer. Sam is a qualification and education business consultant, and can support people to set up your their educational opportunities or a qualification to add a new layer to a business.
Sam lives in Chesterfield with her husband and two daughters, and an army of exotic pets.
