Sophia Fenn is a qualified Personal Trainer, founder of Fenn Fitt, and passionate advocate

for helping women build stronger bodies, stronger minds and greater belief in themselves.

With over a decade of experience in administration, alongside a background in healthcare,

Sophia has spent much of her career supporting others while balancing the demands of

work and family life.

Now, she is channeling that experience into building Fenn Fitt, a women-focused fitness business centred around sustainable habits, accountability, confidence and helping women take charge of their health without losing themselves in the

process.

As a mum and step-mum, Sophia understands first-hand the challenge of trying to prioritise

yourself while raising a family and juggling the many roles that come with motherhood. Her

own fitness journey has taken her from simply wanting to feel healthier and stronger to

stepping into the world of natural bodybuilding and preparing to compete for the first time in

2026.

"I’m so excited to be part of MUMentum and to have the opportunity to share my journey with other women who are navigating the sometimes messy reality of motherhood, work, ambition and finding time for themselves."

Sophia is passionate about challenging the idea that women have to choose between being

present for their families and pursuing their own goals. She believes that showing the women and children in our lives that we can have ambition, make ourselves a priority and still be there for the people we love is incredibly powerful.

Whether she is in the gym, building her business, navigating motherhood or stepping onto a

bodybuilding stage, Sophia’s message is simple: you are allowed to want more for yourself,

and you don’t have to become someone else to achieve it.

"I’ve learnt that becoming a mum doesn’t mean putting your own goals on hold" said Sophia.

"In fact, showing our children that we can dream, challenge ourselves and pursue the things that matter to us can be one of the most powerful examples we give them. I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences, being completely honest about the highs and lows, and connecting with a room full of incredible women.”
